פִּתְחוּ־לִי Pitkhu-Li is part of the חַלֵּל Hallel, psalms of praise sung on festivals.
This setting is a stretto round, with the closely overlapping voices following each other by a single measure, evoking a queue of the righteous entering the gates of justice one at a time and in step. When the voices end properly in sequence, you can hear them descending the gentle stairs beyond the gates.
